This one is steamed and not baked. Has a texture more like 'kau teng kueh' (Chinese steamed 9-layer cake). It improved after refrigeration. Not likely to be making this one again as the taste is not in tandem with its costs (RM40+).
This one is steamed not baked. Has the texture more like that of "kau teng kueh" (Chinese steamed 9-layer cake. Texture & taste improved after refrigeration. Not like to make again as the cost (over RM40) is not in tandem with the taste.
