My latest venture. Used chocolate chips, which looked quite believable as the melon seeds. The strawberry paste did not bring out the colour of the watermelon though even with cochineal added. Need a heavier hand with the colouring. Used pandan paste for the skin. This is more a fun cake for a kiddy's birthday party!
